Metformin + Hgh

Currently on 3.33 ius hgh daily with .5 arimidex eod. By February I plan to increase to 6 ius and 1 mg arimidex for about a year or more. My dads side if pretty prone to insulin resistance so would taking like 500 mg metformin daily be a good idea? Seems low risk and all I’d have to supplement is B12.

yea you can take metformin for it
Z x your weight in kgs / 7 x 3
where Z is any number between 0.24 and 0.47 is your daily dose in iu, titrate up to this, not just plainly 6iu
