I don't have the intention nor know-how to procure meth but I've had thoughts of using nicotine pouches (Snus) to increase focus. Do all stimulants help with attention or only certain prescription meds?

Using stimulants to help with "focus" / attention is cope. Even prescription meds barely do anything.

Stimulants will help with your focus yes, but it honestly depends on the nature of your distractibility. Often times something will feel hard to focus on because there is no apparent intrinsic reward from the perspective of your subconscious. Your brain does not care about the task, and you will be hard-pressed to convince the brain to devote energy to something it believes is worthless. Adderall can artificially give your brain the stimulation it is seeking, so that way you can direct its faculties towards any task you would like, not just tasks which stimulate it.

However, if you need this, it's a sign that whatever task you are working on is maybe not the most conducive to your happiness. The strongest focus enhancer is a feeling of fulfillment. Speaking from personal experience. I've tried every drug in the book. Work on getting your psyche in order if you want peak focus. Drugs are simply a band-aid.
