methods for decreasing philtrum length? + is prf cope

i have a mildly subhuman philtrum length. i fear a rhino would increase the already existant philtrum length, is there any other soft/hardmaxxes other than a zesty lip lift. thanks. also is prf sessions cope if volume loss in undereye is extremely noticeable (not itachi lines, tear trough) or is it better to cross that off and do fat grafting. imo i dont consider prf a hardmaxx so im wondering.
