Getting E is too uncertain so I'll need to step up my low T maxing.

My current low T method:
I make sure to heat my nuts up at least a few degrees above normal ranges each day. That's been shown to harm sperm and T levels.

If you try to decrease T then your E levels are likely to take a toll as well.
