If you wanna improve skull you need to focus on the sphenoid bone as it’s essentially the master bone (more important than maxilla) and dictates the placement of all bones in the cranium

NCR - inflates a ballon up ur nose to essentially help reposition ur sphenoid bone

Mewing - mewing will only improve skull if you do it with military neck posture and body posture like salludon said which will improve sphenoid placement and then the rest of the skull will follow

Whole body breathing - don’t know too much on this as it’s very new to me and a lot of info is behind a pay wall but I know that it helps restore ur skull/posture/face back to its design by nature. Anyone feel free to expand if your educated on WBB and can help

Yawning - yawning is essentially another form of self NCR, not as effective but you will hear cracks in ur ears (good)

Does anyone else know any more methods for the skull?

It's an endonasal balloon therapy. You inflate a small balloon with the bulb of a blood pressure meter inside your nasal turbinates in order to nudge the sphenoid just enough to relieve the cranial bones of any acquired unnatural compression, by virtue of the sphenoid functioning as a keystone in the cranium. It can essentially unjam the skull, restoring its innate ability to gradually restructure itself in response to postural-muscular forces.

all the "huge mewing transformation" and face changes from gym come from fixing fucked up posture btw
salludon stayed chin tuck 24 hours and slept without a pillow
brae fixed heavily his posture and kept mewing

the same for many others, even an user here who had a crazy maxilla upswing fixed his posture first etc

Perfect neck posture + mewing + gym(for high t levels) is what actually need to ascend
 
Does a pelvic tilt or other body imbalances affect the sphenoid? Or is it vice-versa?
