whats good abt stretching?
rest are pretty obvious life habits
 
honestly the biggest thing for me was unironically getting a haircut. i have a big forehead but wore like some side part kinda thing before, and now i have more of a messy fringe kind of hairstyle which instantly ascended me a point

stretching is good for your body, it promotes muscle, joint, tendon, ligament etc recovery and also making muscles untight so bone growth isn't restricted; plus it makes you feel much better after workouts/exercise

I'm not sure about height, maybe it does a little bit.
but it sure as hell makes you that much more healthier and feeling better in general.
its only gains and no loss with stretching, watch some tutorials and start doing it
