What's your experience with methylphenidate (Medikinet/Ritalin/Concerta) while on GLP-1 peptides like tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound), semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) or retatrutide? I started 10 mg methylphenidate retard (extended release) about 5 days ago, and I barely feel any effect. it seems super delayed or weak. I suspect it's because of the delayed gastric emptying from the GLP-1 (I'm on tirzepatide right now). Does anyone else have this? Did switching to immediate release (IR) help, or do you just need a higher dose? Or is the combo just not great overall?

never used glp-1 for me medikinet works well. U needa change ur meds and find one that suits u

in my experience the glps stop overeating and help u fast for longer between eating periods. However, things like mondanfil, nic, caffine, and some other stimulents. Really give me a clear stop in my cravings for food, however, it only last for a very little amount of time before i cave into eating. Regardless, the stimulants do give me insane energy for 15K+ steps and gym, which i likely can't do in the deficit
