methylphenidate + caffeine

So I got diagnosed for adhd, and I just got methylphenidate. I took 36mg of it an hour ago and 150mg of caffeine now I feel like very weird and have a lot of energy. Am I fucked?

(I also took 400mg ltheanine with the caffeine, cuz of anxiety)

just the medicine as someone with dissociation i find caffeine makes me sleepy most of the time different brain wiring ig
