"Mew swallowing" progress after 5 months

These photos below were taken in November 2019, I had been chewing a lot of gum for a couple of months and could see some progress:

I carried on chewing but not strictly, and found out about the "Mew Swallowing Technique" ;

• Press the tongue firmly against your palate even while swallowing.
• Your face expression should remain the same while swallowing.
• You will feel your thyroid rise.

I have done this religiously 24/7 for the past 5 months or so. I apologise I don't have many pics from then but the ones above are the best ones I kept

below I've taken this in the last month or so. My bf has hovered around 18% these last few months. I have lost about 2 kg since then

I have definitely seen good improvement with the hollowing, by the end of this month I'm aiming to lose a lot more weight and I will shave and update this thread
The pics below were taken in the best possible lighting I can get

I still have ALOT of work to do, the below picture is taken without lighting fraud like the ones above from the side, the hollowness is practically invisible :

Insane zygos, forward growth and eye area. I can definitely see improvement but I think it’s mostly weight loss. You should really invest in chin fillers or genioplasty (if you are dedicated enough), it will ascend you to 8/10...although you are 7/10 now and could easily slay if tall + NT but you get the gist. Your recessed chin makes your mouth area look weird from the front and gives you a bloated look. But still goodlooking regardless.
