Mewing and possible bone remodeling vitamins

Is it viable to mew and use vitamin code bone growth pills to grow bone and remodel the face? I mean, they contain magnesium, vitamin k, vitamin d, and calcium. Even boron.

I’ve always wondered why you can’t use an aromatase inhibitor and a megadose of vitamin k2 like 45mg to increase bone metabolism for remodeling, increase bone growth because AI and vitamin k encourage growth, and an AI for dimorphic growth. Aromatase inhibitor increases osteoclasts(breaks down bone) and inhibits osteoblasts(creates bone) while vitamin k does the opposite.
