He has an x-ray to prove his chin has moved forward + multiple pictures from the same angle with the same camera and lighting in which he matches up his ears to show the chin progression.

Most important thing he did was correct his posture, I can only assume he did chin tucks + mewing though I don't speak spanish. Isolated thumb pulling would've done very little if he still had forward head syndrome.

I think my forward head syndrome is because of my tongue tie. I mean if I didn't have this pulling my head downwards then my neck and skuull would be all the time in the correct position
