Mewing / chewmaxxxing gave me a tooth infection and I needed a root canal treatment

A couple years ago I decided I was going to chewmaxx 24/7 for jaw gains. I have multiple packs of Extra Chewing gums. I usually chewed on 3-4 at a time. These gums are extremely sugary. Few months ago I got a tooth infection. I asked the dentist what might have caused this he said likely sugary food which causes tooth decay. I brush my teeth twice a day as a normal human being should do so, so that was no issue. But when I told the dentist that I am chewmaxxxing to improve my jaw and I have those chewing gums all the time he laughed and said that's the most likely cause.

Had to spend £1.5k going abroad to fix this shit.

Mewing works if you aren’t doing it already chewmaxxing makes you ugly (doesn’t give the chiseled jaw people want just makes some areas bigger) and bone smashing works though isn’t worth imo
