I mean, look at case studies like Astrosky, Salludon, and Meaganxrose. And a lot of before and afters. I noticed that on Tinder I used to be doing bad but since I started mewing I've been getting more matches sometime with attractive women.

All “results” are just weight loss, lighting, angles and the temporary hyoid lift that lifts the submental region when you mew (the only legit part about mewing). I’d argue Salludon’s face didn’t even change.

Mewing produces good results when young / during puberty (it's just meant to guide the face into growing forwards).

When you're older it just helps you to not deteriorate as fast and makes your submental region look better.

Most results (especially those "muh 2 months before after") is literally just what @Allornothing said. Lighting, angles weight.

So many before/after photos have them pulling stupid soy faces, then squinting in the after and being like "see muh hunter eyes".

Chewing for masseter muscle size is legit (and considered a part of mewing), but whether you'll look better or not depends on your starting point and insertions.
