I need to know if my tongue truly is up against the roof of my mouth when I try mewing.
So basically I swallow, and then keep the tip of my tongue on the incisive papillae and "don't let my tongue drop back down" if this makes sense. So apparently when you swallow your tongue automatically touches the roof of your mouth, then you're supposed to keep it there. Am I doing it correctly?
Whenever I do this, I can also see a little area around my chin, something that looks like bodyfat (on my chin), disappear and get sucked upwards. When I drop my tongue back down, it appears again.
So am I doing this correctly?
