anyone can post xrays and say mewing is behind the changes. The facts are there is NO proof mewing is effective, i do agree mouthbreathing is real but mewing most certainly isn't

That can be entirely attributed to his current tongue posture at the time the x ray was taken. You can see for yourself, move the back of your tongue up and down. What happens to your hyoid skin?

Because youre making the hyoid skin tighter by placing the back of the tongue on the roof of your mouth. It's the natural oral poster all humans should have.

But by mewing being "cope" I mean it won't change the bone structure of your viscerocranium post puberty
