tfw i never mewed in my life, never chin tucked, always had a fucked up head posture
and i still got a good developped lower maxilla and jaw and no recession

most of it is genes lol, the changes mfs wouldve made w/o genes (mewing etc) are minimal tbh

good plan. Make sure you are hardmewing. and make sure you are always in proper posture. chintuck as often as you can. I also recommend going to a myofunctional therapist to see if you have a tongue tie, and if you do get that resolved ASAP.

I don’t it’s class 1 tonguetie, none at all.
I have 4mm overbite however
