Wtf, I don't remember it being that way, I remember being able to be able to clench hard with back teeth touching, now I can only clench one side or the other because my front teeth touch a lot sooner. I've been hard mewing for 2 months maybe, is it possible I have pushed my lower front teeth forward? Or some different change happened here?

Or could this have been caused by nail biting? But I've been biting my nails my whole life, so why now at 20?

Nail biting is suspect, but I don't think that's the cause - I've been biting since childhood (where bones and teeth are much more malleable) so if any such effects were to be caused by nailbiting, it would be much more sever and occur much much sooner

You mean molars on the upper palate? That by pushing my tongue against the roof of mouth too hard I have been pushing against them too and they "tilted"? Or could it be that palate expanded by the couple millimeters?

More likely your upper molars tipped outward than your palate expanded

I mean, of course, my palate isn't wide enough to accomodate the entirity of my tongue so it doesent press on the upper molars at all.

So my fucking upper molars are tilted now, what can I do? Can braces fix this? I'm planning on looksmaxing, let's say I get a MSE and then braces, after that I should have a correct bite again no? Or the lower teeth won't fit since they will be too narrow?
