It pushed my teeth onto my lips, now i got this shit. What can i do ?????

Your tongue isnt supposed to touch (let alone push against) your front teeth, which is likely what happened

Anyways, mewing wont fix your jaws if youre an adult. Get surgery

Yea im already planning to get MSE + Braces. My tongue can't even fit in my narrow palate.
