If you have a narrow palate and struggle to find the space for your tongue how do you fit it?
I assume A, although A induces a constant feeling of nausea like about to throw up, but I can get over that if it's the correct posture.
The other issue I'm worried about is all the pushing on the sides of the teeth. Apparently people have ruined their teeth with this:
If I try to make my tongue skinnier it tends to flip flop between C and B.
Does any one have any experience or tips for this?
