For example if you have good head posture more blood flow and oxygen to your head way better blood flow and no neck pain and muscle imbalances and stress on your spine
You are just lazy if you don’t do it tbh
While putting pressure on your whole skull all the time and maxilla which is good and remodels bone over time
See it as 10year investment for life
