After my Rapid maxillary expander got removed
I started Mewing very hard and chintucking for 4 hours straight had insane pain under my eyes and cheekbones I only focused on this like aspie did it like my life depends on it because I didn’t want my maxilla to relapse again after rme
After 2-3 months ioi count increased a lot tbh and changed a bit but now I stopped since 5 months
I even build my own facepuller attaches it to my maxilla and wore it night

It was too hard tbh and I gave up my throat expanded a lot too huge the back of the throat section I Heard- click sometimes

I did succed somehow to not touch the mandible too much

That's because when you're pushing your tongue up to the roof of your mouth, your jaw will look more defined. Just check it out in the mirror. In reality no progress whatsoever will happen in few months.

Yes i bought it from EBay for 15€ and I had a interoral appliance to expand maxilla even more and push front theeth forward I just hooked it on both sides from the elastics my orthodontist gave me 2-3 kg force
