I mewed for 3 years also and I compared xrays to back it up. The change was visible but I’m still not convinced. We need more evidence.

I may run a study a few years from now and find the actual truth, but if there was one to be found in adults, John Mew would’ve already proved it.

i started with 15 tho. im really convinced that if you start after 18 or 21, there will be no changes
