mewing problems

i’m able to mew throughout the day but after like 4 hours or whatever, my tounge will just not suction on the roof of my pallet evenly no matter what i do, it usually only properly suctions to the right of my pallet, but again at the start of the day i can do it evenly just fine

softmewing is cope- u want to be activley pushing ur tongue against the roof for the entire day until u sleep. Or dont even bother since mewing is mostly bullshit
