anyone have experience with the mewing shop palate expander? I might buy one as I currently have a 8 tooth smile, and trying for a little bit of expansion, around 3-4 milimeters. I dont have any function issues, just it isnt a 10 tooth smile. I also have molar rings on currently, so if someone can tell me how you put it on , would be greatly appreciated

messing with expanders while u have molar rings is a bad idea lol u gonna wreck your teeth just stick to natural mewing.
