whole tongue (not js the tip) pressing against the palate (roof of mouth); dont be that nga who presses full force 24/7 that is horrible. the goal is to constantly maintain that resting position so ur jaw doesnt collapse

tongue behind the teeth; they dont touch

jaw stays relaxed, dont clench like reatdd; teeth can be slightly apart or slightly touching; lips should gently touch dont open ur mouth likea retard

breathe thru ur nose
