Mewing vs not mewing

when i am not mewing, i look horrendous, but when i do mew,i look a little more lovable; i have a very bad hyoid plus deep bite AND overjet, my mandible and chin is recessed aswell, but when i mew it brings my hyoid up, all my flaws are still there but i look significantly better, is this considered frauding? if so how can i look like my mewing version even when resting.

Train your neck and especially your suprahyoid (look up nick moggtar if you dont know how) this will define your hyoid area more
