I thought fillers at first but now i think either implants or an insanely skilled filler surgeon since his look remained the same for years now. Both of those options are irrealistic anyways when you live in pakistan

the philtrum and the mouth area (green) remained in the same position, while the chin projection increased a lot. the only possible explanation is that he had a chin implant.
