After 2 years of consistent mewing I achieved approximately 0.0 forward growth!
Mike mew will come with some new theories so i don’t give up the hope yet.

Chewing also works; it gave me
- TMJ problems
- Bloated masters
- More rounded jaw

Also don’t forget to bonesmash, especially your eye area. I suggest doing it with a knife with the sharp side pointed to your eye.
It will hurt at first, but wolfs law said that new bones will grow so enjoy the process!

Getting surgery as in bimax, implants etc. Is just not worth it, because we have all this, right!
