Also, another truth TikTok looksmaxxers don't want you to find out: there's honestly very little you can do about your hyoid placement, it is largely genetic with only very small improvements you can make through posture and "exercises" (which don't work as the habits you had for 90% of your life largely set the foundation for your final positioning and no amount of chin tucks will reverse that).
