If you had poor tongue posture for a short time,could mewing reverse it as it isnt long? I mean sure if you did it all your life long, sure you'd need surgery (or maybe wait) or have the patient, altough chances are very low then.

I'm nineteen as well and mouth breathed / thumb sucked until middle school and I think I'm fucked beyond repair tbh. Though I have seen some improvement with mewing / chewing.
