Will jutting while mewing make mewing overall less effective. I want to achieve ccw rotation and I’m wondering if jutting will have a negative impact. I kinda need to jut for my lower third tho.

Nah dont do this. This will create an underbite. I dont see this having any positive effects. Jaw clicking. Tensions headaches. Facial assymetry. This is what that will result in. Naturally mewing is the only way i think
