How do u guys mew? Do u always push as hard as you can (as I’m doing in the first pic) or just put your tongue in the roof of your mouth without pressure (second pic)? I’m rn around 17%bf, could dropping my bf make my skin under chin more tight? Does my posture look alr in this? If you have other suggestions to imprive lmk
