my palate isn't that narrow. its 4.3cm
I heard someone say my airways are too small.

You are doing it wrong I am not, when I lift my lower third to the roof of my palate, it fits but I just can't breathe. my lower third is blocking airflow so I can't only lift the mid and upper third whilst still being able to breathe.

Ur palate might be narrow or u are applying to much pressure
