Sometimes when I hard mewing for a long time i start to feel sum weird pressure inside my nose and under my eyes. What does it mean? Am I doing something wrong?

Idk ppl everywhere say that mewing can actually fix maxilla recession if you're young (and I'm young) but at least it's certainly making my masseters a lot stronger.
I'm clinging to every method no matter if it considered cope or not, I'm lwk desperate

I know it but I'm still pretty convinced that I'm a "late bloomer". I will cope with this until I start have actual facial hair.

He actually got fucked up mandible now. I asked him to show me his old photos and holy shit he could go modeling when he was like 19. He aged rlly bad.

I’ve been mewing since 11 and my IBA angle only progressed around 4 degrees over 3 years
