everytime i try to mew and put my whole tongue on the roof of my mouth i cant breathe, some ppl said breathe through your nose but i still cant do that when mewing. I dont mouth breath. Is this a sign of an narrow palate? If so please give me advice how to fix it naturally.

You’re probably forcing your tongue too much so you’re basically blocking ur throats airway, so u can’t breathe through ur nose either

this and you should just probably try to it as high as you can before it blocks your throat airways and then it will evolve

first of all mewing is cope unless youre 6 years old. but mewing is kind of a test to see if ur recessed or not

if you cant breathe, you either have a narrow palate or are recessed. best case scenario ur just doing it wrong.

palate expanders are great tho
