people say when mewing your tongue should not touch your two front teeth but when i move it back like that its uncomfortable and makes me look recessed asf

im not saying that im just tryna figure out what im doing wrong. when i mew with my tongue not touching my front teeth it pushes my lower jaw back causing recession

I’ve also kept my tongue slightly touching teeth and seen crazy forward growth, you should be fine to touch teeth js don’t exaggerate it too much
