Anyone got any links or resources on the basics of mewing?
I know next to nothing about it, but I saw a video some weeks ago which I think influenced me to subconciously hold my tongue at the roof of my mouth more than usual, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it properly. I think I'm almost creating a vacuum with my tongue which I'm not sure is the right technique. I also want to implement other aspects of mewing, like a proper swallowing technique.

The only "legit" ascenscion by mewing i saw was some guy on Lookism, but i think it's just lense disortion + maturing + beard game.
I think mewing max potential = prevent from potential melting + some impact when doing in childhood. Really doubt it will help your looks in teen+ age, but maybe will a bit with health problems related to your nose, throat etc.

Mew says teeth together. I also did my own research on this topic, teeth together should be the natural place for them
