im basing that off the 2nd pic, your nostril's too wide. dunno if you need full rhino or just alarplasty but either of those would help

just go to a derm for acne, hair looks fine to me

i did do that actually they prescribed me a morning and night cream and a cleanser to use to get all the “gunk” off my face. it don’t work tho
