Those are native/ethnic latinos. Mexico is similar to southern India. The northern parts have a lot of European and Hispanic adimixture, whereas the southern parts (near Honduras and Guatemala) are 100% ethnic.

The racial differences are REALLY noticable. In fact, im pretty sure natural blonds are more common in Mexico than in the USA nowadays. My family was shocked, we asked why it said that to the guy managing the rollercoaster, he says "well look at you!" (im translating it) "Gueros are tall and slender, meanwhile indios tend to be short and stocky". The fact that my dad was a 260 lbs fat guy basically proved him wrong, but he considered it an exception. While he wasnt native, he was definetly ethnic.

TLDR: OP is sort of right and Mexico is one of the few countries that are kind of... consiously "racepilled"?. But Mexicans are diverse. Look at a country like Peru or Bolivia (Which Mexico actively made, and probably still does, fun of on social media for gaving a lot of ugly people. I have medium brown hair and pale skin, and I also have some minor ethnic features (big lips, large feline eyes, thick eyebrows), but my eye color is a really, really light, silvery blue (like a husky) and I used to wear black contact lenses when I was a little kid all the way onto my early teens (I do not anymore) because some people (all 100% ethnic) bullied me for it, and its pretty the first thing people noticed about me (ive lived in multiple countries, but France is the only majorly "white" one). People here in Mexico now that I moved back have asked if im wearing contacts. They give me a good contrast with my other features, but vibrant green eyes are ideal since they are light enough to appear bright in pictures and what not, but they dont really stand out too much and dont give too much of a "cold look". They are also not a recessive gene (I got my eyes from my grandparents, both my parents, and little brother, have black/dark brown eyes) so the chances of your kids getting them are a lot higher since you dont need anyone else from the other family to have them.)

The way I see, in the future green and amber eyes will be more common than blue eyes because of it being recessive by a VERY significant amount. If fact, only a handful million or something of people on Earth will have (light) blue eyes. This includes people with Waardenburg syndrome and Occular albinism (they have purple/red eyes), since we might get a a cure to those (either at birth or later in life)

My brother had kids with a women with blue eyes and the son ended up with one green and one blue eye and they change colors in lighting to it's crazy the daughter just got blue eyes. - Amber
- Dark Green
- Light Brown / Hazel
- Dark Brown / Black
- Purple (Albino)
- Red (Albino)
- Dark blue if heterochromia (Like you said with your brother's son)

But unless you have kids with a girl that has light blue eyes, or someone else in your family along with her's has light blue eyes, I doubt it. My maternal grandma has light blue eyes just like mine. My grandpa (who died) from my paternal family had light blue too). If its recessive, but not based on a gene like green is correlated to amber/brown, then you wont get them, and neither will your kids, like I said unless Waadenburg syndrome or heterochromia, but TWO blue eyes is not really possible.
