500 - 700 is not a blast, 800 ok sure but real blasts r always above 1g of gear, look at any ifbb pro they take 2-3g of gear, though i would recommend 1g if ur small at first

ppl can get away with high test easier than other compounds, and to take other stuff higher they need test to balance it (e.g eq)

Other stuff like tren ca only be blasted for 8 weeks till you started hitting invisible side effects that r actually cooking your gains. Tren can be ran standard at like 150mg for longer, low dosed fo basically way longer too.

E2 bases need to be bigger if you are under high androgenic load
