Only cases when the mfr is actually death tier is when It is less than 0.88 and if It is due to very close set eyes or if the midface itself is so long vertically with a short philtrum

For example my only Big flaw in my face is my 0.9 midface ratio but I can fix It by a slight lefort 1 with impaction because my maxilla is slightly downgrown and I have a bit of gummy smile+ccw rotation for better results +lip lift
