I have the money to buy a car, but it's not really worth it and doesn't make sense tbh. I would rarely use the car and it would cost me 400+ euros in just montly payments (insurance, maintenance, road tax, etc.) without driving a single mile.

Its probably also a bit different depending on where you live, where u from? Here in germany almost everyone does it with 17-19

here in aus everyone can get there Ls by 16 and there Ps by 17
