not entirely, looks are primarily environmental, yes, but most of the environmental factors take place in early phases of life, during parental dependence, that means that looks in practice are hereditary (come down to your parents genes and habits). health indicators make up a lot of percieved attraction for sure though, but parents play the biggest role i'd say.
