My upper maxilla is considerably recessed to the point my face looks flat where my nose is from the side. Theres no realistic situation where I can see myself hardmaxxing with anything that would actually fix my flaws

I never actually vent on here but holy shit it sucks, i really do wish i looked good enough to be even able to take a pretty girl out on a date maybe once or twice
