im still deciding if i want to jump straight to 270 on chest press or do a couple more chest days working my way up to it. currently i can do 6 controlled reps with 265 but it would be nice to load the machine with 3 plates on each side

i loaded 3 plates on each side and surprisingly got 7 reps so i did the second set with it and got 6 reps.
jfl i thought id get like 5 or 4 reps
