Microdose isotret 10mg + 5 tazarotene gel

I wanna use 10mg isotret , .5 taz gel , 0.1 estriol , and 20% azelaic gel cuz like I want glass model skin in the next 6 months I heard 2 retinoids isn’t terrible just a lot on your barrier but obviously your skin will build resistant as plus you can’t be htn+ with ass skin

add microneedling 3-2 times at week
