microdosing alcohol for a month

one glass of vodka a day is not a microdose

microdose is a below threshold dose and i would def be fucked up from a whole glass

in the beginning like a shot a day in the evening but now I just get blackout drunk like 2 nights a week on only wodka and make sure my diet and nutrients are locked in.

Used to drink a lot while gymmaxxing back in the day and it didnโ€™t affect my gains that much, if not at all.

I'm going to do an experiment
I'm going to drink one glass of wodka per day for an entire month. I thought abt it and the benefits outweigh the negatives.
I'm not going to get wasted, but just drink a bit everyday to see what's up.

Here are some benefits :
- better skin (noticed that in myself and found it to be true in a couple studies too)
- keeps your mouth clean since it's a natural disinfectant. --> no bad smell and a clean breath.
- could protect your heart health
- just overall more chill during the day and better mental health (might be cope)
- anti-inflammatory
- wodka was originally created as medicine.
- debloating asf
- reduces alzheimer risk
- diet-friendly
- de-stressing
- better sleep
- the most important one, low inhib asf

well good things also have side effects

- I'm going to get addicted and end up homeless bcs of developing a gambling addiction
- alcoholism
- alcoholic
- street seems cozy to sleep
- driving is too fun

I'm kidding but there are actually some negatives

- muscle growth impairment
- addiction
- liver problems
- gut health

I'll do this straight for a month and let you guys know
I think I really might be onto something here
Thats normal in the balkans you wont be an alcoholic its just going to be your routine for the rest of your life
