is 5mg a day enough for a lifetime? i have mostly clear face skin but my body (arms back and chest) is acne prone, tho i am using benzoyl peroxide wash and it's helping a lot.

i am on tret as well, i would probably ditch it and get isotret if i find a source in my country.

5 mg indefinitely should be good, make sure you take it with fat for ideal absorption.
