microdosing on accutane

Bunch of dermatologists i see online say that most of hollywood actors and famous people constantly microdose on accutane and some of the dermatologist actually do it themselves with regular blood tests. Obviously this is for people without active acne since microdosing won't help with active and severe acne, just prevent future breakouts.

What's called "micro dosing" in the US is the standard dosage in many European countries to treat acne. 20mg for example.

i don't know exactly, but significantly under the standard, so if the standard 20mg i would take 3-5mg if i were to actually do the microdosing
