[MICRONEEDLE] best eyebrowmaxxing regimen?

I have a derma pen and I'm taking castor oil orally and topically.

What is the best settings for micro needle pen and how often do I micro needle my eyebrows? and is there anything else I should be taking additionally?

I do 1.5 mm length at max speed for about 3-5 minutes on each eyebrow. And I do this every 3-4 weeks. I've seen some good growth progress over the many months of doing this.

Isn’t 3-4 weeks way to much waiting time.
I mean it would be fitting if you reached your goal and want to keep that (bc they would just start falling out if you don’t use any minoxidil).
I would say every 3 days applying before sleeping.
Or am I trippin ?

3-4 weeks is the downtime between microneedle sessions not minoxidil application
